A Great Start to a Warm Summer Day ~

When the days get warm, a great way to start the day is with a Smoothie Bowl.

A thick rich smoothie, loaded with greens, frozen fruit and good nutrients can be topped with

crunchy granola, coconut, toasted seeds and anything else you fancy. My Favorite is coconut, mango and granola. Let your imagination run wild, but keep it Organic.
