Pure Goodness

Easy Vegan Cookies ~filled with goodness !

Whisk together

1/4 Cup Sunflower or liquid Coconut oil

1/4 Cup Real Maple Syrup

1 Tblsp. Water

1 Tsp. Vanilla

In a seperate bowl, mix

1/2 cup + 2 Tblsp. Rolled Oats

1/2 Cup WW Flour or Almond Flour

Pinch of salt

Additions of your choice ( 2 or 3 ) 1/3 cup ea.

Chocolate, Walnut

Dried Cherry and Almonds

Raisins and cinnamon

Cacao Nibs and coconut

Mix Dry and wet ingredients together and allow it to sit for about 3 minutes.

Drop carefully, the dough will seem too loose, but it will cook together as one.

Bake in preheated 350* oven for aprox. 5 to 7 minutes

Let cool slightly on pan before removing to cooling rack

It's a small batch that only make aprox. 8 cookies ( so I don't eat more)

This recipe can easily be doubled to make more.

Enjoy with little or not guilt.
